The IBEW Fourth District proudly invites you to honor the history-making legacy of Gina P. Cooper, a devoted leader whose 40-year career helped redefine what is possible in the labor movement.

As the first woman ever elected as an international officer in the history of the IBEW, Gina broke new ground while championing the voices of working people. Her steadfast leadership resulted in monumental achievements, including record growth in the Fourth District, as well as new, innovative programs such as the Manufacturing Training Trust, Industry Night, and Politics Activism and Livelihood training.
